Everyone gets involved!

As previously mentioned, all of our departments and branches are involved in charitable and community based endeavours raising money throughout the whole of Thomas Morris Sales & Lettings – the seven branches, property management team, financial advisers and our Fine & County department. Here is just a brief insight, for example, into what our Fine & Country team achieved this year with Thomas Morris:

For each and every marketing pack that this specialist department orders, we donate £10 to the Fine & Country Foundation, which is a charity specialising in issues surrounding the homeless.

We hold a number of other ‘fun’ events, including a Coffee Morning which is again promoted through social media.

As a consequence of this, our own Senior Property Consultant Lee Jones was able to present a cheque of £3,000 to Emmaus – the homeless charity based just outside Cambridge. The donation was specifically made for a particular building project – as explained by Director at Emmaus – Diane Docherty:

“We are currently looking to increase the number of rooms we can offer, from 34 to 44, and this £3,000 donation will go a long way to help us achieve this.”
