Fully managed

Thomas Morris Sales and Lettings will fully manage the letting process giving peace of mind that everything is being handled professionally on your behalf.

Fees

14.4% inc VAT of the monthly rent. Equivalent to 12% plus VAT.

Administration charge per Tenancy - £300 inc VAT for initial marketing and finding prospective tenants, preparation of the tenancy agreement, providing documentation to all stakeholders.

Tenant find only

The service helps find you a tenant and ensure the property is let as soon as possible.

Fees

10% inc VAT of the first 12 months rent. Equivalent to 8.33% plus VAT. Min fee £900 inc VAT. Plus administration charge of £300 inc VAT.
