Landlord service options & fees

We offer two service packages to our landlord clients. The level of service you choose will depend on how involved in the tenancy you want to be and the level of support and protection you require.

Fully managed

Fully supportive tenancy management service

Fees

14.87% inc VAT of the monthly rent. (Equivalent to 12.39% plus VAT).

Rent collection

A cost effective solution with landlord involvement. 

Fees

11.27% inc VAT of the monthly rent. (Equivalent to 9.39% plus VAT). 

Administration fee

For both Fully Managed and Rent Collection services, there is an administration charge per tenancy of £360 including VAT. This covers the initial marketing and finding of prospective tenants, preparation of the tenancy agreement, and providing documentation to all stakeholders.

Tenant find

Basic package introducing landlords and tenants.

12.47% inc VAT of the first 12 months rent.
